RUN 5 miles in 47 mins, to PT and back

You look at that and think I'm getting back to normal. No, it's still painful. Was it a good idea to run to PT, heck I dunno. But it felt great!
Deadlifted up to 95lbs, also did triceps, rows (up to 30lb weight!), pull downs. Finally adding weight and maxing it out until only 5 reps. Oh and overhead press and front raises, both with 5lb bells. The overhead press still really weak on the left side. The weight topples into my face if I'm not careful.
Had some more of that chest-pressure feeling on the run to the gym. I had this last week on a bike commute home, didn't note it here. Like a squeeze on my chest, tightness in my arms, last week also tight in my jaw. Kinda painful, but more just 'really uncomfortable'. On the bike it felt like a near panic attack, almost had to pull over to rest. Of course, I didn't. I think that's one of my problems, I don't pull over when I need to.
Anyway, today, only on the run in. Then later after getting a text from DICK, but only real mild. So I think it's stress. Last week the stress of do-I/don't-I race, today running a few mins late for the gym, then the text. Or I'm just convincing myself of all that and it's really something else. Just noting for the record.
Last night, whether stress or whatever, the Devil caught me. And I'm paying the effects today with gut upset :(
The title says "inked" but in reality it's not inked yet. I'll followup on that!
