RIDE 80 mins probably 20-21 miles indoors

Thought about riding outdoors, but it was raining overnight and expected to rain more this morning. Don't need to slip on some leaves in TGP, don't need more injuries, so I stayed indoors and did one of my Rides DVD's. Not an exciting morning, but it's done. The knee hurt doing this, hurt less when bent over in aero but still hurt.
Hurt even more on the ride to work, probably got it a bit irritated on that spin ride. I iced a few times over the day and skipped my usual stair climbing and lunch walk. Resting and conserving now means more later, right?
The quad muscle is improved from yesterday. Last night I couldn't squat down with bent knees, today it's better. Still hurts though!
