RUN 3.2 miles in 30 mins
Whether or not it was a good idea, it sure felt damned good!
I dressed to run in shorts, walked the dog with lots of knee pain, talked to Mom on the phone, then headed out around the Park then over to Grand. It hurt mostly in the first mile. After that it seemed to ease off a bit, however I was catching my foot on little things on the sidewalk. An indicator that I probably wasn't bending my knee and lifting my foot enough.
And if things weren't shit-astic enough, my LEFT knee hurts. But this might be a taper pain. Above the knee where the quads connect. It almost looks and feels bruised? Hurts to touch! WTH?!
