Weds Swim

SWIM: 2500y in 63 minutes:
WU= 400 swim, 100 kick, 3x (4x50) as 65%, 70%, 75%, 85%
MS=4x300 75-80% (15s)
CD=100 swim

The WU was more fun than the MS, I liked doing each lap at little harder then a little harder... I felt faster in the pool today for a silly reason :) I had swimmers both both lanes along mine. I was outpacing them at the 75-80% intervals. Not by much, but enough to keep me pushing to get ahead and stay ahead. Otherwise, 4x300 gets boring.

So far, this swim challenge is working for me. And I've found my "rewards" to buy, but instead of waiting until the end of the 3 months I might use them now. If there's any rule I can break it's that one right? I'd like to get some swim stuff--paddles, chlorine-removing lotion, etc. And I'm eyeballing a LiveStrong Tshirt on sale...
