RIDE: 38 miles in 2hrs 20 mins. Yes, the same time and distance as yesterday! I was still tired and not terribly motivated, so I was happy when another rider wanted to cut short the planned 60 miles. The front group was moving at a quick pace, so even though the sun was out, no wind, gorgeous temps, I still wasn't motivated to ride.
Frea is uncomfortable. I feel as if I'm going to endo over the aerobars, so I'm gripping them tightly in an effort to keep myself over the saddle. We're going in tomorrow for a re-fit on both bikes, that should fix things.
Summary of the post-marathon weak...er...I mean week:
SWIM: 1500y in 45 mins
BIKE: 85 miles in 5.4 hrs
RUN: 8.6 miles in 1.27 hrs
Grand total of 7hrs 26 mins.
Yikes, I was surprised when 7.5 hrs came up as the total! I'm supposed to be recovering! As for recovery, I'm feeling great. No pain, no mental fuzz, just some high HR and light fatigue. I'm ready to up the hours this next week and see what I get.
