Saturday group ride/run

RIDE: 38 miles in 2hr 20mins, the CCP/HHH route with a group of 7 other riders. I'm still not recovered from the marathon, I'd feel good and energetic but would rapidly lose power on hills or efforts. I think I strained a lung. But gorgeous weather, sunny skies and cool temps. Can't beat it!

RUN: 2.1 miles in 18 mins. A surprisingly good brick run with 3 others, just a few miles to shake out the legs. Found I was able to eat half a banana at the start of the run. I really need to be working out the nutrition!

Tomorrow--another ride, longer than today.
