SWIM: 2100y in ~55 mins. WU, then 1200y straight at 75%. I timed the 1000y as well: 19:38. And the 1200 in 23:40!
This knocks down another benchmark goal: to do the 1000y in under 20 mins.
Next goal for the 1000y: 19:30 or less.
Now that I have the biggies out of the way, time to work on the sprintier goals: the 50y and 100y.
