SWIM: 45 minutes 1500y. 600 WU as 75y swim/ 25y kick. Then 1x500 at 60%. 60% was all I could muster. Then I just worked on drills, alternate strokes, etc until 45 mins was up. I wanted my reward!
BIKE: 40 mins? 8-9 miles. Rode after the swim, from work to BS then back. Just to stretch the legs and see how they feel.
Tired.
