I did a full loop!

RUN 6.1 miles in 59:??
BIKE COMMUTE 9.2 miles

I did the full loop! Thus completing the midweek run sequence of 4+10+6. I started off with EW and we ran together while BE and IT went ahead. At the 'zoo hill' just past the parking lot they came back, and we switched it up with BE and EW doing the zoo loop and IT finishing the full loop with.

The garmin tracks for the run shows the difference, the first 3 miles and the last 3 miles:
Lap  Pace  HR  Cad
1   9:55   151*   173
2  10:37  138     171
3  10:09  130     170
4 9:29     142     174
5 9:09     151*   175
6 9:08     157*    175

*Early "warm-up" peak in data. Then for some reason around mile 4.7 to 5.3 the data jumps to 160-170. This latter blip does not reflect a pace change (actually we slowed down) or a hill.  Just a blip.

At the start of this run, I didn't think I'd feel up to it but I still wanted to run the full loop. EW planned just the zoo loop, then I was going to spin out and round up my mileage. This worked out great, EW didn't finish alone, I didn't run alone after we split, and everyone hit goals!
