One week later, back on schedule

BIKE COMMUTE 9.5 miles

Back to it, although not entirely settled in yet. Still getting things back online.

To my happy surprise, my knee feels great. Minimal pain (not entirely gone though) and I don't really know it's there mostly. Every now and then I feel it. I'm guessing that time and the restful week was a chance for things to heal?

Strength -- deadlifted 85#, did side and front raises with 5# bells, also leg presses, and some deltoids. Something else too, oh yeah hamstrings.

Stressed myself out today over my Disney miscalculations. Feel stupid, but too relieved to get hung up on it. Really need to apologize to LS!

Yesterday forgot to report that my shoulder strength is really improving -- I was able to shovel dirt, carry boxes and kids, and pretty much be normal here lately.

And I spent part of today mapping out a 2016 100 training plan, looking at weekends, prep races, and re-ramping my mileage. Thinking Farmdale on October 8th....
