BIKE COMMUTE 15 miles total
Lotsa leg work today, dead lift with I think 85lbs, lunges with 15lb bicep curls alternated with jump squats, and split squats alternated with "hopping" split squats. Oooooh yea the legs gonna feel it this weekend.
There was more arm work, but I doubt that will hurt as much!
