No JG again today, not sure if it's because he lost his phone or he wasn't feeling well, the guy behind the desk didn't see to know either.
On Monday I left without even entering the gym. Today I figured I'd start out on my own and if he didn't show up I'd still go for an hour. I did it! I didn't know how to use the cable pulley systems so I stuck to the dumb bells and machines I was familiar with. Did about 20 mins of upper body, about 15 mins of core, the about 20 mins of lower.
My overhead press is still weak!
