Rain = indoor bike but outdoor run

BIKE 1 hr and about 17 miles indoors
RUN 4 miles in 37 mins, 9:15 pace

As much as I wanted to ride outdoors, just not a good idea. Rain all morning, so I just sucked it up and stayed indoors. Did the NC Rides DVD-- described as a 'muscular endurance' ride.

That probably explains why my legs were a bit flat for the run. And I could feel a few leg muscles on both sides that were tired and tight. Hmmm, lunges or split squats to blame...

My right knee is feeling good, minor pain better described as discomfort maybe. And it's still off/on pain. Last night or the night before it was uncomfortable to even have the blanket touching it in bed. And I'm learning it doesn't feel good to have legs straight while sleeping on my belly. Feels like the kneecap moves? Hard to describe.

Off to work, long day but good.
