So it's official, I'm training for Farmdale!

RUN 10.2 miles in 1:36 a 9:24 m/m pace, 4-5 pick-ups randomly
BIKE COMMUTE 9.5 miles

My goal was to run at 5am, maybe 530, but I didn't get out the door until 6. The morning was cloudy and the super-early rising sun made for a very early, very pink glow in the sky. I wanted to take advantage of it and get done early. Did, kinda.

This was another random around town 10 miler, didn't go to TGP like I usually do. Brewery, LP, more LP, more LP, haha, the wound home. Boring, but good. I had my soft peppermints, one every 2 miles (these are a motivating carrot!) and that was it during run. Pre was just 150g tater and 2 whites, with another tater last night, and energy was great. The last mile and esp half mile was about as far as I could have gone without a gel or something to supplement.

So begins my Journey to 100-2!
