STRENGTH 1 hour upper body
Sooo tired, but I'm supposed to be. I keep thinking about happy TV was on Sunday about how he "doesn't have to run Monday". Me neither :)
I slept awful last night, my legs and hips ached. I started playing with my new coloring book markers on the floor with the dog, then didn't want to get up to go to bed! So I didn't hit the pillow until 11pm. Then slept bad, woke up a lot. I forced myself to sleep in, even if just podcast listening one the couch until 7am.
All day my legs were heavy and swollen. Ugh.
My PT session was pretty much a wasted hour. I was unfocused, tired, didn't care, weak, not into it. So I gotta start reducing these sessions before I don't like it anymore.
