DAY OFF!
I've been needing a good day off. But as much as I need rest I hate taking it. Today however I'm feeling the xfit from yesterday--my arms are unwilling participants today. No pain really, just tired. But a good tired :)
The weekend is BUSY. I'm trying to be careful to carve out my training time and my "family" time in the schedule:
SAT: NT kids tri 7am-??. Then a short LSD ride, about 50 miles at IM HR. Then a 15min brick run.
SUN: WH pool, NT?, then a swim and a hard hill repeats ride. This day will be the hardest to schedule. I'll feel the need to be at NT. Maybe I can swim at WH? Just now thought of that. There will be so much distraction though....and it's a 1.5hr swim. Will I have the self control to carve that out? Then go to Babler for the ride? Plan this out, stick to the plans!!!!
