RUN: 6.7 miles in 1hr.
STRENGTH: untimed, 150 squats and 100 pushups.
I slept in today until 4:45am, what a good feeling! And with tomorrow being a rest day I'll get to sleep in then too!
The goal today was a 45 min LSD run to find that forever pace. It ended up being about 9m/m, remarkably similar to yesterdays run. Is my Form Run pace the same as my Forever Pace? Is that good? Shouldn't drills be slower? Or shouldn't a Forever Pace be easier? Or am I finding that I only have one pace?
Either way, the run was refreshing and relaxing. And it seemed terribly easy. I've been doing 9-11 miles every Thursday lately.
The xfit session was a lazy interpretation of a set workout. Neither LC or I seemed too motivated :) But I got in all but 20 of the pushups off the knees, doing them in 2x50 sets.
