SWIM: 1500m in 45 mins
BIKE: ~20 miles in 1.5hrs at Babler, all hillz.
The swim was Saturday masters, not so much freestyle. 5x100 w/ paddles then 3x[6x50] with the 6x50 as kick, drill, swim; and the 3x as fly, back, breast. I didn't do fly but I did get a lot of the breast stroke in. The kicking, not so much. I felt faster today, but chalked it up to having rested the day before. And sleeping in. Saturday Master's doesnt start until 6am :)
Then fast T1 out to BSP for hills. I met up with the Savage group. I stopped the Garmin at some point, so the time and distance are just good estimates. This felt easier than I thought it would? Not saying hills are "easy" but it didn't shred me like I expected it to.
Then breakfast at FW. Nom Nom Nom on a healthy turkey omelette. Then for some reason my nutrition tanked the rest of the day. Just never felt satisfied. Dehydrated? I just munched the day away it seemed....
