BIKE: 75 mins, about 21-22 miles
STRENGTH: 20 mins of 30s intervals. Got bored and quit 10 mins early
I'm so tired. When climbing the stairs last night, I felt the fatigue in the legs. The heaviness, lack of pep, and drained feeling. I came home from work and was starving. Ate some chicken then promptly felt sick. I forced down some veggies and just wanted to sleep. Then I ate some carbs and woke up a little again. Gotta watch for that maybe, the lack of blood sugar? Is that real or mental. Either way, I slept good last night and didn't get out of bed today until 5:30am!
The bike ride was fun, 2 pyramids: 2 min intervals in one gear, then increase, then increase, ...etc for a total of 10 mins. The first 10 mins in the big ring, the 2nd 10 mins in the small ring. I screwed up and did small ring first. By the time I finished the big ring interval I was wiped.
The core workout was boring. Again. It was boring last week too. Maybe I shouldn't do it right after a tiring bike ride?
I'm still tired. My arms are tired just typing this. I looked ahead at my schedule and don't see a rest week yet. I'm only partway into my 3rd big week (started July 4th) and I there's no rest at least until after Aug 6th, another 3 weeks. It'll work out. Maybe I was resting too much before? Maybe the schedule will change?
