Keep Pushing, around Fo Pa

RUN 6.1 miles in 57 minutes, 9:24 m/m, and 147 bpm
COMMUTE 9.2 miles

Compared to yesterday's 6.21 mile run: which was 10:57 and 135.

Ran this with BE and IT. It seemed uphill the entire way! It was a cool, calm, post-rain run -- no better weather and no better company than 2 friends who willingly slowed down so I could try to drop the HR. I walked only once, the HR came right down, but I think too the mental aspect of knowing my HR is up, and the fight to keep up with the group all contribute to a few beats. ??

And as for chest pain -- better. So I think it was the Saturday Episode, maybe I pulled or irritated something? But I'm continuing to have (and kinda always have, sometimes more or less is all) a racing heart feeling, and/or a pounding feeling, like anxiety or adrenaline. Sometimes a cold pulling feeling in chest, sometimes a pain like I was just punched with a sharp object in the ribs.

Or as BE said, do I just hang what I can on those words?
