End of a 26.5 mile week!

RUN 3 miles in a squeak under 30 mins, ave HR 150

HR still high!? But a look at the Garmin data shows 130s HR until 0.85 miles at which it jumped up to 150s, then into 160s at mile 2.1. No obvious correlation to pace, elevation, and not a cadence lock issue. Can't remember if I wore the external HRM...

Great run, after a change of plans [coming, not coming, then coming] my parents were coming down with K&J today, so I had that to look forward to.

WasGonna run only 2.8 miles at that would have given me a 26.2 mile week but when the tenths and hundreds add up I got 26.5-26.6. Bonus.

No pains, no problems, some minor discomfort under balls of feet that I'm chalking up to re-adapting to running. And my insistence on wearing old running shoes when I'm walking dog, etc. They are really wore out.
