RUN: about 18 miles in 1hr, 3x10 mins hard
BIKE: brick run, 3.4 miles in 30 mins
The weekend race is still paying off. I'm still in that post-race bliss, I've identified a few things to work on, and now I have a good idea of "race pace". I was lacking in that last year.
So the 3x10 mins hard were hard. Again, that race pace feeling was fresh. The run was similar, although I didn't do the "hard for 15 mins" like the past few weeks. I tried to follow the plan and do the z2 out/z3 back pattern. I did this by running down hill first, then uphill back. All in the Kinvaras.
