SWIM: about 800m in about 20 mins
BIKE: 15 miles in 50 mins
RUN: 1.5 miles in abt 15 mins.
Since there was a race tomorrow, I took it easy. I took Frea off the trainer just last night and put a new tire on. While I was happy to be racing, it was also too bad that I missed the great weather at NT.
The swim was good, I focused on good technique. I think I find a better rhythym in open water. The bike was windy, fast on the outbound and slower on the way back. I focused on good pedaling in the wind, no mashing. The run was refreshing, just a short jaunt around NT and a rescue of 2 baby rabbits stuck in the street :)
