DAY OFF
Oh I needed today. I'm planning a big workout tomorrow and I pushed a bit this week. It's not the hours, it's the intensity. But it's like a drug. No matter how much it hurts I keep coming back for more.
Today was highlighted by late breakfast with JoM! I was looking forward to this, and it gave me most of the morning out of work. While that also means I'll be working late to make up for it...
No soreness yet from yesterday's strength training. Tomorrow maybe? I can feel the fatigue and lack of endurace in the arms/shoulders. Just wait until I try to swim!
