Still raining, still indoors

BIKE: 2hrs about 35 miles, did the Hills Ride DVD.
RUN: 30 mins 3.38 miles.

My bright plans of riding to the WH pool and back were shot by more rain. And the 50F weather. Really? It's May. At least make it 70F.

Knowing I'd be unfocused on the trainer again, I picked the Hills DVD and added some before and after to get the 2hrs. I pushed it, focused on the strength building but lost focus on the longer tempo segments.

The brick run was in the rain with the Kinvaras. But I enjoyed it! I just went to Arsenal and back, adding some in to get 30 mins.

NUMERICS: 10hrs 37 mins. Goal was 11hrs, 20 mins.
SWIM: 4500y in 2:17
BIKE: 93 miles in 5.5hrs
RUN: 19.65 miles in 2.95hrs

So all I missed this week was 45 mins of a swim. Next week is a rest week going into my first tri of the year, a local Olympic. The training plan schedule is different in rest weeks, with Monday as a day off and multiple tests throughout the week, but I'll stick to my regular schedule as possible.
