BIKE: 75 mins, about 21 miles. 40'TT. First 20 mins ave HR 140, Second ave 143.
RUN: 22mins, 2.5 miles. First 2 miles at 8:42 ave HR 135.
I think this is my favorite weekday workout. I've been doing it or a version thereof since about 2008 when I first used this plan. Unfortunately, the blog doesn't go back that far. TP.com does, but it takes time. So maybe later I'll go back and see what I find.
The TT was supposed to be "very hard" but I just did "hard". My legs are feeling the strain of the rapid rise in cycling miles and I have a race this weekend.
The brick run was as the last few were--wonderful. The first 1 mile is sort of down hill, Gman says about 75 feet is all? But regardless it always feels fresh and fast. My hope is that this carries over into a great brick run in a race. I wonder if my pace is too fast for a 10K?
