BIKE: about 2.3hrs for 35 miles on the Bird
RUN: 2hrs for 10.2 miles of HILLS. 12m/m (compare that to 12:45 one week ago!) 1400 ft climbing.
I rested yesterday knowing I had all this planned, and I'm glad I did. By the end of the run my legs were wore out.
The bike was set to be a SLOW ride. Being that it was my first outdoors ride this year (aside from commuting) Slow was the way to go. We just took it easy and worked our way from Kirkwood to 109. I was alone on the return and pushed a little harder, but I don't think I went any faster. I was just getting tired.
The run was a repeat of last week's Death By Hills run. JM was stronger on the Swan Hill that I felt today (Hurray JM!!). We're gabbing away the whole time, 10 miles just flies by and I don't realize that I'm looping over the same miles over and over. The Garmin map looks like a pile of noodles!
NUMERICS: 12hrs 20 mins. I mistyped 2 workouts this week, thought it was 10 but nope.
Swim 4400yds in 2hrs 5 mins (yea 2 swims!!)
Bike 55 miles in 3.6 hrs
Run 38.35 in 6.4 hrs. This was a rest week, next week is PEAK WEEK!!!!
