I swam!!! But that's it!

SWIM: 2200y in 65 mins at Saturday Team Building

I'm so proud of myself!! I went to a new swim class, not sure it's one I can do all summer but since it get's out at 7am it does leave room for biking afterwards! Even though the sets weren't long like MMM, it's still challenging enough for me. I'm still probably the slowest in the pool but at least I'm there. I would have rather been biking (and almost was!) and this was good for me. Tried fins too, and my foot wasn't too bad.

I had planned to run in the afternoon, but a longer than expected day at work combined with fatigue, hunger, and dehydration kept me from going anywhere. I'll have plenty of running tomorrow with BB-JM.

Also a bike ride planned for tomorrow. Outdoors!

I slept less than 6hrs last night and we lose an hour tonight. So off to bed early.
