Supraspinatus online, infraspinatus not yet

RUN 7 miles in 57 mins, the 6.6 loop in 53 (8:02m/m)
No commute today

Slightly chilly morning after some overnight rains, but clear and calm. I was eager to share a few laughs about yesterday's story, happy to see DC back after his heart procedure, and feeling much better about today's run than I did about yesterday's.

A note about nutrition from yesterday -- I had a good, energetic afternoon and evening, wasn't hungry and dragging like I often am when I get home. So still testing.

Anyway, the run was great. BE, CE, and I led to the hill, then I dropped back to talk to DC. We talked my tax woes, his procedure, and Evolve coaching. DC broke off early near the stables, and I set out to reel in BE and CE. Slowly, slowly, slowly caught them along Jefferson lake.

Given how I felt yesterday, how is a day like today so easy to pull off?! I did eat less today pre run. I'm more "on schedule" today because I need to be somewhere on time. Is the the group effect? A combination of any of these factors? So hard to say, but it's like this week after week.

My appt with Dr M was all great news. My supraspinatus muscle is coming back. The infraspinatus not yet. But given that one has improve so much, I guess it's a matter of time before the other will too. He suggested the needed exercises (cable or band pulley, elbow locked against ribs, movement across abdomen) and said everything I'm doing is helping. YAY!!

And no pains or problems from yesterday's fall, maybe maybe some left hip pain but nothing I can attribute to the fall with certainty.
