Rainy day, but didn't get to run in it

RUN in to work: 46 mins 5 miles, just under 9:30
RUN out to home: 67 mins 7 miles, just over 9:30

Total of 12 miles in 1:53. Got up early to run to work to start an infection, ran from 615-7. The sun was mostly up so it wasn't a dark run. Although it was cloudy, so very pleasant run through the CHP neighborhood. Got to see old doggie friend Xena!

Worked two hours, then run home. I wanted 12 miles but wasn't sure I was up for it. Not sure why I felt that way. Lazy? So I decided to take it turn by turn, if I felt good to take a turn to lengthen then I did. And of course I took the longer option!

The sequence felt good, but I was very mentally fuzzed for a few hours afterwards. I think I got dehydrated.

At lunch with TV, he said he's leaning towards MT100 over the H100. MT100 is second on my list. As of right now, I'm waiting until after Berryman 50M to decide, and still leaning towards H100. I can pace someone at MT100 for a long run before it.

Didn't get to run in the rain, it rained during the brief time at work in the morning. Then didn't bike in because my afternoon commute would be wet. As I type, it's raining :)

Yesterday at PT we pushed the weights more, and I was very happy to find that most exercises were balanced between left and right, no lag or hesitation, and I was able to add more weights as the sets went on. I did ask for at least one exercise to remind me that I'm not entirely healed. Yup, not entirely, but oooooh it's definitely better!
