Gorgeous gorgeous morning. Cool, clear, calm, light fog in some areas, some clouds, and wet trees and grass from rain overnight. Lovely! New member Rachel joined us, and I decided to run with her. While a slower pace than I'd normally run, I really enjoyed it. Sometimes I think she had headphones on? Hope I didn't disturb her plans for her run, but at the same time I hope that she didn't mind that I stayed back with her!
She had plans for 6 miles followed by a Starbux reward :) My reward was a great run, followed by a walk with the doggie.
Feeling strong today, my back and shoulders I mean. I feel tall, upright, painfree!
As I type, I'm on hold with the IRS to get some tax thing done. Great way to spend an hour...on hold...at least my lab assay is progressing.
