Supposed to be a rest day!

RUN to PT and back: 5 miles in 50 mins
PT 1 hour, mostly shoulder work
BIKE COMMUTE 9.5 miles

Normally I bike to PT so hopefully it wasn't a bad idea to run today, it puts me at 4 days in a row of running (6+10+7+5=28 miles!) but the plan is to not run tomorrow at NT with the mentoring clinic and the group ride. Assuming the forecasted rain doesn't cancel our plans! But we know how terrible these forecasts can be.

Today at PT focused on isolating the infraspinatus with cable, then lateral and side lifts with 5# bells alternating both arms and single arms. Then rows (up to 50#!), more lunges with overhead press. Still suck at the overhead with the weak arm. It just shakes then falls towards my face.

The run goal was EASY, and I kept it easy. So it was refreshing. Pretty day, lots of clouds but ambient. Forecast of rain overnight!
