Still indoors, but it's working for me

BIKE 90 mins and 26 miles, 2x20 hard
SWIM 30 mins and 1200y, 100's of drills focus
COMMUTE 6 miles

Another up early but not on the trainer early morning. The slow burnout is beginning I fear, that "ugh am I done yet" feeling? Not quite yet. But it's not terribly exciting to ride the trainer so I drag my feet a bit. Also a  problem is that due to my long weekend hours last weekend I don't have any of my foods prepped. So each morning is going thru the chop n cook motions to get lunch and brekkie packed. That's my excuse anyway.

Ride was 2x20 mins hard. I was aiming for an ave of 20 mph in the intervals but my bad math had me thinking 6 miles per interval when it should have been 6.6. I was watching the speed numbers and kept seeing 19-20, sometimes 18, but when the first interval was done I was confused by the distance. Took some thinking, and later on I realized that my 6.3 and 6.2 miles covered in the interval was correct, and I didn't have the wrong start number. So not as fast as I wanted, but good effort.

The swim was a lunch swim, poorly motivated and unorganized. My tummy and energy are still off. I had mild stomach pains in the swim and was worried about them getting worse. I know I should swim before the bike so the most important workout (for me anyway) is done with fresh energy and focus. But the ideal schedule gets in the way and I become more concerned with saving time and getting places.
