Rainy day feeling, not feeling good

BIKE 1:20 just over 22 miles, indoors for rain
SWIM None!

The bike was 12-9-6-3 (3) at 85+% with each interval getting harder. It was hard alright, I'm still struggling to hit fast or hard intervals. Gotta be patient with my body!

It was raining and storming so I didn't get to the pool right off the bat. No need to go if it's going to close for lightning, but in the end I think I could have squeezed it in. I think I didn't want it bad enough...

I rode into work with DH so no commute. The plan was to swim after work, but after a long day at work and stomach problems (cramping again) I just didn't have it in me. Also more lightning after work! So the swim just didn't happen. Always tomorrow, right?

What happened to my tummy? We're thinking maybe canned coconut milk. The google searches give conflicting answers about it, some say it's low fodmap, some say it's high. Then there's the guar gum which is not fodmap friendly. Could that be it? Or could it be the half avocado? Or the combination of the two?

Either way, pained all morning. Got dehydrated probably. Tired, dizzy, fatigued, motivation up and down. Hard to focus. Always tomorrow, right?
