Drove out to the pool with a near-full moon hung low in the night sky. Beauty.
Today was the start of a new Evolve swim session so we had new peeps! (And missed a few usuals who changed their sched, boo). SM said we'd have a test, and it turned out to be a 500y as 5x100 on 10s rest, TT all-out effort. I did mine in 9:51! And that includes the 4x10s of rest intervals.
So can I subtract the 40s from the time ;)
Compare that to my June 500y TT at 9:17!
