SWIM about an hour, 1000y?
Does this count as a workout? Hehe, it's time spent training, and I did swim, so I guess it does.
Today's focus was still on my rotation, with a few new drills:
1. one-armed swimming
2. more of the 3-stroke, 6-kick
3. focus on keeping hips and shoulders moving together, not separately
4. hand splash drill to remind me to use the full length of the pull, and not stop at the hip
....I'm sure there was more, I should have written this down sooner....
