The original plan was for 8 miles, so I ended up with 9! I'm not at all surprised. My back is improving, today felt better even wearing the Camelbak. But I'm not picking up my feet all the time, maybe running a little hesitant or stiff? All I need right now is a stumble-trip to retch it up again!
Another one of those days that started cold and warmed up fast. So I waited until a little later in the morning to get started. Was worth it!
