RUN 12 miles in 1:55, around neighborhood
Today's goal was to get in a cardio workout, nothing strenuous and nothing to injure me. Keep the back good, get some time on the feet, and build miles. I did a park-to-park: CHP, to Fox, to Benton, to TGP, to Y, to Sublette, back to TGP, to MoBot, back to CHP. The second half seemed better than the first.
I foresee a lot more weekend runs like this -- base building, time on the feet mileage. Hopefully I can be more creative about where I run. Once the back is sorted out, I won't be so nervous about running trails.
My back was still stiff and uncomfortable, but so much better. See how it does tomorrow on Greenrock! Please don't trip and injure it!
Long walk with RM and D in the evening. Shoogs is really building miles this week. Maybe we could hit 20?
