Best run of the week so far

RUN 7 miles in 1:03
COMMUTE 6.4 miles

I'm generally looking for excuses to go slow by the time I get to the Thursday run, after a Tues-Weds sequence I think I have a good excuse!

But to my surprise, this was my best run so far this week. Best energy, legs, form, and motivation. Probably because I was running with a group.

Ran with IT and Jeff, Jeff said something about how our minds can set up barriers for protection, a defense mechanism against truths we're not ready for yet. Wow, that really describes my past 18 months.

My back was still bothersome, not bad. Gotta wonder if it's tied to the stress of seeing him this morning? Dunno.
