Easy 3 with EW

RUN 3.4 miles in about 38 mins
BIKE COMMUTE 9.5 miles

I set my alarm wrong for this, 5am instead of 445am, happily I woke up and realized this at 440! I was determined to stick to the 3 mile goal today and I did, no "wanna run the whole loop" again :)

Tested the new Cascadias again, they're doing good but my feet feel the difference.

Today lots of planning for packing, lap times for the crew, and race nutrition. I'm trying to reduce the amount of sugar in the race diet, subbing in string cheese, chicken thigh, and poached eggs. This is my first big race (well I take that back a bit, 50M is a big race!) on this SCD type diet and I don't want the sugars to be a race or regression problem.
