Rain in the forecast, but not much apparently

By running 7.1 and 10.3 in the previous two days, I didn't have to run the extra 0.4 today :)
Planned that, I did!

The forecast called for rain around 8am, but the most we got was some sprinkles before the run. Just enough to wet the ground and get the dog dirty when I walked her afterwards.

Started off with DT who is back from a month off for injury. I think his injury started around or at the Greenrock 13 miler we did a few weeks ago? Great to see him back, even if he's still hurting a bit. He turned off early at the zoo with DC (who said he met my old coworker yesterday on a flight from Chicago!). I had the options of catching up withe front runners BE and Charlie or slowing to run with David, IT, and EW. I figured I'd manage one or the other, but didn't. Ended up running the last 3.5 miles on my own.

Tried to order my Float Like A Butterfly magnet today, but it's stuck in a copyright violation. The quote? The bee image? Oh well, $20 saved!

Sent in the health assessment form to the PT.

And as I type this -- just found out my celiac antibodies are NEGATIVE! While celiac would have been a neat little box to categorize my problems into, the symptoms just didn't fit. Check that box off!

And received the Disney proposal today....the last box!!
