NOTHING :(
When can I start logging my stair climbs at work? Today (Monday) I managed to "run" up three times :)
Happy Pi Day, too.
Another quiet weekend. Saturday I worked in the morning then ran shopping errands. Also took the doggie to her new kennel. Sunday worked again briefly, then did the cookup. TV and M took Shoogs for a walk!! And I had a Club clinic in the afternoon.
I was stiff and sore over the weekend. This is in reference to my lower back. At least I could touch it without much pain. But being reclined, leaning, and driving were all uncomfortable. Sitting up straight hurt, so did standing.
So I've been working on great posture so I don't 'heal' in a broken or weakened position.
It seems that today my lower back has made a huge improvement! As in, improved between 10 and noon. All the sudden-ish I'm moving around and thinking about running up and down stairs. I'm still sleeping on my recliner chair, that's starting to suck but I'm not ready to try the bed yet. Maybe the guest bed tonight or tomorrow?
At least with my back feeling better I'm not having as much anxiety about my athletic future. When you hurt like that, your mind can't help but fear the worst.
