Tired indoor bike, needed some inspiration

BIKE 25.5 miles in about 90 mins, indoors, 2x20 hard
SWIM just couldn't happen

My goal for the intervals was 20.4 mph, some magical number I came up with somehow, but I only hit 18.9 and 18.6. I think the same as last week with the same workout -- 6.3 miles in 20 mins. I watched Stargate again, maybe that's not inspiring enough?

What about that GULP feeling I get when I look at my training plan schedule in the color-coded spreadsheet. It's week #4 right now, I build until #9...GULP...WHAT?!?!? Only a few weekends left. Well, kinda. After #9 I plateau for 3 weeks at 15.5 hrs/week, then taper 2 weeks. OK that helps, but only somewhat.

I've been looking forward to the set-in of iron fatigue. That brainless, oh-god-let-me-sleep feeling I always get. No, really, looking for it! It means I'm working hard! I think I'm getting there? Or maybe it's the fact that I let myself stay up late (930pm) last night and was up at 430am today...I need to NOT do that.  The fatigue will get here soon enough.

In the meantime, or until then, I need to be planning these last crucial weekends and setting goals especially on the bike where I feel like I'm lagging the most in progress. Let's take a look, am I?
