What was that I was saying yesterday about my "benchmark" 2500y/hr? That it could change? Yeah, I think it could. This is awesome!
I enjoyed this workout, but my excitement for it waxed and waned. Beforehand I was excited, for some reason it sounded short. In the midst of it, I was tired and wanted a way out. By the end I was happy again. That I wanted out or a shorter version is a good sign that it was hard :) IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE HARD! LOL.
Great day and great swim. I had back pains later at work in my lower back, probably from the back to back long swim. I'm funny sometimes in that I'll think "oh I shouldn't do big swims back to back" but I'll run or bike that way. Gotta get that script outta my head for swimming.
Friday the 13th AND a full moon. OOOOOoohhhhh!
