Tired tired tired. I need sleep!

SWIM 1550y in 40 mins

As you can see, both workouts were truncated, the run not because I was tired though. LC was running a shorter route and I wanted to run with her. After she left I went back to meet DC and IT. It was a 50F-ish morning with rain and lightning! I nice cool rain, maybe a little too cool, but rain!

The swim tanked early. Happily I was on my preset morning schedule, but unhappily tired. I gave it a fair shake and I'm happy with that. Usually my rule is "go at least 20 mins" before deciding to cancel a session. The goal was 3x400, with each 400 at increasing intensity. I made it through 2 of them. My form was awful and new problems were surfacing. I tried slowing down, pulling, pausing more...nothing was enough. So instead of suffering it, I gave it my best and left.

I'm tired! I skipped the meeting last night to sleep some more. Thankfully I'm off until Saturday morning now. And due to weekend schedules I've got some workout re-arranging to do. In a flash of 'brilliance', I realized I could swap the long run and bike to fit my schedule better. So it sounds like 18-20 Saturday morning! Rest Up!

Other updates, the arches in my feet are still troublesome. Some days worse than others and I think it boils down to the shoes. I got my new shoe buy Adrenalines today, I'm seeing how they feel. I think at some point soon I'm going to have to talk to someone about this and get answers.
