Friday skipped the run, too tired
Saturday RUN 4 miles outdoors, cold!
Sunday RUN 8 miles treadmill and STRENGTH 4th coach session
We went to MO to see the kids. I arrived to the hotel around midnight Thursday, was up early to take kids to school Friday, and ended up feeling so tired ( and overfull from my IF meal) that I didn't run.
Saturday I did run!! The temps dropped from 40-something to 19 overnight, boooo, but I did it and I'm proud of it.
Sunday I was going to run in FoPa, but again the temps were too low and I didn't have the clothes for it. So I stuck to the treadmill and managed to get a strength workout in too. No issues at all after this week, next week is 29 miles.
I did great with food over the weekend, no hotel food and no fruit. The IF was harder to stick to, but I had all my meals prepacked yo and that was the best plan.
