RUN 4.5 miles in 42:55, 2 mins faster than last week

I've been loop playing my new song. :)
The full moon was still up pre run, hanging bright in the west sky while I drove to the run. Second week back, and this time 2 mins faster. I ran with BE, IT, and Mike (BQ guy!) up to the zoo cuttoff, then just me and BE to finish. EV and Tony and his floofie dog Frankie behind us.
Around the zoo parking lot, I asked the guys to force me into the shorter distance. I said to drop my, leave in your dust. Mike laughed and said "oh tj that would never work with you! You'd just speed up!". They decided the best way to stop me would be to dead-stop the run until I got bored and left. HAHAHAHA.
They're right. I admit.
Run felt good, some mild pain/discomfort in the right foot. Might have to check my orthotic. And once done I was glad I didn't run more.
