BIKE indoors 50-55 mins, about 14 miles?
RUN outdoors 39 mins for 4 miles
COMMUTE 9.4 miles
YAY! This all felt great. I did a 20 min "TT" effort in the bike. Let's call it more of an "effort", just a smidge above baseline. Wasn't really all that hard. That wasn't the goal.
The run was great, I was supposed to ("supposed to", lol) do 35 mins but I was so close to 4 miles that I just Lapped The Track Baby and rounded it out. My garmin track will show some neighborhood loopies.
And the commute -- FINALLY not in winter gear. This felt the best, so light and I can move without all the restrictive clothing.
Day 1 or 2 of a LifeStyle30 type of thing, I set out all my clothes and prepacked for this morning. But still didn't follow my timeline schedule. So I didn't get to work until a bit after 10am. Bad. Tomorrow plan better. Skipped the 23:1 for today and just had brekkie, skipped M2 though. Feels better than yesterday's 23:1 attempt that ended with M and Balrog. My new haunts. :(
Some humor -- since I'm the only one who sometimes gets my jokes. SO ran a St Patty's 5K over the weekend and came in 1st OA. (AWESOME!). He said he missed a few turns for being out front. So can I say that's a first place problem in the world? LOL.
