Day isn't over yet, but did want to get caught up and say that in this morning's commute (the first this year in which I pulled out a long sleeve!) I finally found the energy to hit the gas to make a red light! Are the peak-week clouds clearing out? Will my strength training session tonight finally be productive because I'm actually present for it?
Update -- the strength session was improved over my recent ones, I was actually awake and willing to do something. But I did get winded fast and after about 10 reps looked forward to quitting the set. Upon entering the gym I had a mental energy and mood crash. I felt great and then suddenly it was like being buzzed or underwater. It must have been a visible change as JG asked pointedly if I was OK. Part of the recovery? I'm pushing too much because I think I feel good?
When PT was finished it was already darkening outside! I need to dig out my better lights and clear sunglass lenses. But I still did my extra LP loops and a trip to Walgreens for my prescription. And 5 powerbars for the race! Sadly they were out of the strawberry taffy ropes I plan on having at the race too. Less critical but part of the planning.
I must be improving on energy, because I'm still typing away on minutia and silly things :)
