Thursday long run, faster than last week!

RUN: 6.6mi in 55.5 mins, averaging
BIKE: 21.8mi in 75 mins, 5hard/5easy, 4/4, 3/3, 2/2, 1/1

My speedwork sessions are now the hardest workouts of the week, even harder than the mega long weekend sessions! I kinda see one as work, and the other as play. So when Thursday rolls around after the Tuesday speedwork I'm still recovering. On top of that, the Thursday run is just the warm-up, since I follow it with my quality/speed bike ride. So when I can come out and knock back a "fast" run like this, it feels damned good.
